PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The NYC Regional Innovation Node (NYCRIN) is currently launching a new program, SBIR Phase 0. Its goals are to identify and improve the preparation of potential applicants to the NSF Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I program.
